Essie Bikini So Teeny

The weather in London changes as often as I change the color of my nails - very often and unpredictable. Having tons of colors to choose from, Essie's Bikini So Teeny is a color I often pick during spring and summer time. Part of their Summer Collection 2012, it is a gorgeous pastel blue with a slight shimmer in it, which is not noticeable at first glance. As the polish is very opaque, 1 to 2 coats will do, it applies like a dream and doesn't streak.

It's a glossy finish and stays put for a good 3-4 days with a top coat (I either use Seche Vite or Sally Hansen Insta-Dri). This color is very forgiving and suitable for, in my opinion, many skin tones. I love wearing this on my nails, as it fits any color of jewellery - gold, silver, rose gold: you name it. If I don't feel like wearing it on my nails, you probably will spot it on my toes. I'm telling you, I'm hooked.

What is your spring/summer nail polish?

XO

  2. Such a lovely colour! My summery shade has recently become 'Mint Green' by Barry M but I'm sure that'll all change by the time the sun comes out!
