How's Life?

First off, I am deeply ashamed of myself as I've been lacking a bit in consistency with managing my blog, replying to comments and tweeting and such - my sincerest apologies. I'm planning lots of cool features and I've got loads of nice ideas, the problem is time and time management. And yes, sadly, it's all due to increasing workload at the company and a pressing deadline for my thesis. All of you have been super supportive and I thought it was about time for a small update on what I've been up to.

I'm starting my third month at the company right now and I still love it a lot, although it is quite hectic sometimes. For the past few weeks I've been working at events, co-coordinating them, writing briefings, newsletters, proof-reading lots of documents and learning lots of other things. After a long day of work, I have to continue with my research for my thesis, which is elongating my day and taking all the extra time and energy I've got saved next to working full time.

The past three weeks have been the most intense, hence blogging wise it's a bit all over the place. I'm trying to pre-write as much as I can, but as I do see blogging as a hobby and writing as something I enjoy doing I don't want to push myself to the extend that I'm seeing it as homework and a dreaded task I have to tick off my list. Skin-wise, I'm at a very happy and good place. My skin has cleared up so much compared to a few weeks go and I think it's mainly due to an acid peeling and a serum I've been using. I will try my best to get the blog sorted out as soon as possible and all I can ask for is your patience and understanding. Do visit the blog frequently as I've got some exiting posts planned for spring, including bits from Therapie, NARS, Institute Esthederm, RMS Beauty and quite a few cool books (with gorgeous food photography).
