Now it's finally December, I feel it's appropriate to start thinking about Christmas and sat down to think what to put on my wish list this year. I'm very grateful for all the things I have and I know I should be content, but as I sat down and thought about the things I need/wanted... The list started growing —my bad.
Let's get the biggest, most-unlikely number out of the way: the Apple Watch Hermès Double Tour. According to IBM the Apple Watch is this year's most coveted Christmas gift, and after reading that article it kinda stuck to my brain and well... here it is. I've loved the double tour watches since I spotted them in glossies and this is just merging the best of wearable tech and utter luxury.
Staying on topic of luxury, I need a new phone. I know need is often an overused word, but I actually do need one. Long story short, my phone got stolen a few months ago on a night out and I was forced to downgrade to my old 4s. It works (sometimes), but dies about 2-3 times a day and gets hot when I use it for longer than 5 minutes consecutively. Yikes. Don't worry, I'm not going to bore you with the reason why I'm going for the iPhone 6s Plus – I could go on forever. With a swanky new phone, a nice case would only be appropriate. I've been staking Sonix on Instagram ever since I discovered the brand (which is nearly a year now) and I need their Evil Eyes or Liana Teal pineapple case.
Going to slightly less extortionate prices, it's got to be fragrances. I love fragrances and when it comes to birthdays and festive seasons that's when I ask for them. Strangely, I personally don't like purchasing fragrances myself, because 1) I've got an expensive taste that kills my bank balance and 2) It just feels wrong to spend so much on fragranced water. OK, I know I make it sound really bad, but that's just my weird thinking process. On my list right now are Le Labo Neroli 36, BYREDO La Tulipe and Acqua di Parma Gelsomino Nobile. I told you I had expensive taste...
OK, I'm afraid I'm continuing with the luxury theme... You know that I love Aurelia and my skin reacts really well to their products. On my list is their Refine & Polish Miracle Balm. I'm on my second tub of the Miracle Cleanser, so I knew this would be good —I just didn't know this stuff would be amazing. I used up my travel-size and my skin craves for this. I leave it on for 10-15 minutes, was it off. My skin looks radiant immediately after, but the real power is shown the morning after when you're left with smooth, radiant and clear skin. NEED.
Something that's not a need, but a definite want is the Charlotte Olympia Feline Card Holder. I know Charlotte Olympia is a hate/love brand for most, but I love the brand and adore the feline range. As a ‘second’ choice, I'd love to get the CHANEL Camellia Card Holder. Does this even need any explaining? I mean... It's CHANEL.
Dear Santa, I know what I'm asking for is a tad ridiculous, but a girl an dream, right?
