Sunscreen. I’m pretty positive I’m not the only gal out here who sometimes coincidentally forgets to apply SPF after slapping my moisturiser on. You must be wondering why I don’t opt for a facial moisturiser that already contains a sun protrction in already. Well, that is because those creams only protect you against UVB rays, meaning you won’t burn, but will get wrinkles and still get sun damage. Most creams is not Amie‘s Skin Shield Daily Moisturiser, which contains a SPF 15 and gives both UVB, UVA protection.
With harmonising ingredients as Vitamin A & E, Kakadu Plum and Blueberry it contains antioxidants, moisturising properties, improve collagen density, skin elasticity and texture. It has a gel texture, which is really easy to blend in and is absorbed almost immediately. Because of the Kakadu Plum and Vitamin extracts, it gives you a healthy glow (think dewy) and makes the light reflect on your skin in a good way – take this from someone who gets shiny for no reason.
As I’ve become way more conscious on what I’m using on my face, the skin is our largest organ after all, I tend to use natural/organic products. What I like about Amie is that they are natural, suitable for vegans and paraben, suphate, mineral oil free, while being affordable for everyone no matter what your budget is. And let me tell you, that is quite rare if you’re looking for truly natural products that also work. For £5.95 this nasties-free, full with beautiful ingredients moisturiser is all yours.
Do you always put on a separate SPF or is it in your moisturiser already?
