Sephora Lusting

Is it a #BeautyBloggerProblem when I say that Sephora always hooks me right on spot. The spot where my credit card is, I mean. Ever since they (finally!) changed their shipping policy and started shipping to Europe, I’ve been browsing the site whenever I had a minute to add things to my basket. Did I go to far? Maybe. Oh, well… I’m a beauty blogger after all. πŸ˜‰

The first brand I searched for was Josie Maran, as her cosmetics are impossible to find in Europe and I’m dying to try their new Argan Infinity Lip and Cheek Creamy Oil in Endless Guava, a vibrant poppy pink. A lip and cheek stain that applies like an oil? Now that’s what I call exciting. While browsing, I stumbled upon their Argan Lip & Cheek Color Stick Set with 3 blushes and 1 highlighter. All of Josie’s products are 100% organic based on 100% pure Argan Oil, so they’re very nourishing and good for the skin. I watched a [YouTube] video where I saw the sticks in action and that literally wow-ed me and made me press the “Add To Basket” button in an instant.

The next brand I instantly looked for was Bite, and this one I fully blame on Fleur. In one of her recent blog posts she swatched the Bite Deconstructed Rose Lipgloss Library with 12 very pigmented lip glosses, ranging from soft pinks to dark reds and plums. All reviews are glowing and c’mon just look at it! Going back on the cheek track, Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush has a sturdy place in my basket. I’d be rude not to, right? Surprisingly not the much raved shade Tipsy, but Dazzled has really caught my eye and is described as a soft rose colour. The perfect addition to my stash for a healthy flush of colour. And last, but not least: Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Diffused Heat. A vibrant poppy colour, which is supposed to leave a soft-focus and lighting effect on the cheeks. I have no idea what that’s supposed to look like, but I reckon it’s good stuff.

I might’ve gone a bit far with the amount of lip and cheek products, but I’ve selected each one of these products after careful consideration. I would’ve loved to pick some bits up from Fresh, Nude Skincare and their rollerball fragrances, however these cannot be shipped outside of the States. Major sob. A little request to all my US/Canadian readers: please do let me know which products/shades I will regret not buying and those that I must try β€”for your or my sake.
